PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE REGISTERING – THANK YOU!

In the registration page (NEXT PAGE – not here) you will have to choose one of the following options:

An oral presentation only
An oral presentation and one or more posters
One or more poster presentations
None of the above

  • Everyone (Organizers, Invited Speakers, Session Chairs, Discussion Leaders, Contributed Speakers and Poster Presenters, and Non-Presenting Participants) must register at the same rate (see below for early bird and student rates).
  • Participants can give an oral presentation AND one or more poster(s), can be a discussion leader AND present one or more poster(s), etc.
  • Session Chairs and Discussion Leaders will make “introductory presentations” to their sessions – hence when you register in these capacities please choose either “An oral presentation only” or “An oral presentation and one more posters“.
  • If you plan to participate without presentations choose “None of the above“.

REGISTRATION FEE:

ALL FEES ARE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS (Currency converter). Registration includes attending all conference events including scientific sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, wine-and-cheese poster sessions in the late evenings, and the conference banquet. It does not cover breakfast, full dinners (except the banquet), or hotel accommodation

REGULAR

Regular Registration is $950 CAD + 15% Tax.

STUDENT DISCOUNTED FEE (Act fast as the number of possible registrations at this fee level is limited).

There is a limited number of discounted student registrations that will be used on a first-come-first-served basis. After the available student registrations are all used this option will, unfortunately, no longer be available. Students that register later will have to register at the regular full registration fee.

A student is: Any undergraduate, or graduate student.

Postdocs ARE NOT considered students and must register at the full fee.

Regular Student Registration is $600 CAD + 15% Tax. (After 30 April, 5. pm)

A cancellation charge of 10% will be applied once registered to cover administrative and transactions costs.
